Content Approval & Version Control

This module requires authors to obtain the approval of a site administrator before any content is published on the website. The administrator will either accept this content and publish it, or reject it. This provides complete security over published content as junior members of the team are allowed to create the bulk of the content with the administrator having the final say. This feature also ensures that every time new content is created, revised and then saved, the system automatically stores it in an archive. These versions are stored in timeline order. Each saved version carries the identity of the author for that version and the date and time it was saved. An administrator with appropriate access can select any previous version, compare it against another and revert to that version if appropriate. This module enables your organisation to confirm exactly what was being published on the website and therefore viewed by the visitors at any past point in the life of the site.
