Interactive FAQ's

This module delivers a Q&A style dialog featuring real questions asked by site visitors. You, as site manager, answer the questions you choose, and your answers over time become the dynamic content of the FAQ page. Site visitors will see the names, titles and companies of those who raise the original questions. The FAQ page will reflect the actual questions site visitors want answered and you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your subject expertise. Visitors will be more likely to return to the site in the future to see other questions answered. The main features of this module then are:

• Site visitors can view any of the questions previously answered
• Using a form, site visitors can submit a new question along with their details
• Question received as an email message
• Site administrator answers the question and publishes both the question and the answer
• Set up many categories for the type of FAQ's
